This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a public offer and defines the terms of use of the Telegram bot EPIC VPN (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), placed in the Telegram messenger, between the Bot Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
By using the Bot, the User confirms that he has read and agrees to the terms of the Agreement.
1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot and its functionality on the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. By using the Bot, the User confirms his full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.
2.1. The EPIC VPN Bot is designed to provide access to Internet connection protection services using virtual private network (VPN) technologies. VPN allows you to create an encrypted communication channel between the User's device and the service servers, which can increase the confidentiality and integrity of transmitted data and reduce the risks of traffic interception in insecure networks.
2.2. The list of functions and capabilities of the Bot may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.
3.1. The User undertakes to use the Bot exclusively in accordance with its intended purpose and within the framework of current legislation.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Bot in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement.
4.1. The Administration is not responsible for losses caused to the User as a result of using the Bot, including possible errors in the Bot's operation, interruptions in operation, data loss, etc.
4.2. The User is fully responsible for his actions when using the Bot, as well as for the consequences of such actions.
4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of information posted by the User in the Bot.
5.1. EPIC VPN operates on a strict no-logs policy. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data or online activity information from our users. We cannot maintain confidentiality of data we do not collect.
5.2. Detailed information about our privacy practices and no-logs policy is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
6.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid indefinitely.
6.2. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Information about changes will be posted in the Bot. The User is considered to have accepted the changes if he continues to use the Bot after the changes are made.
7.1. All disputes arising between the Administration and the User in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by current legislation.
8.1. In everything else that is not provided for by this Agreement, the parties are guided by current legislation.
8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
